1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SISC COIR web application ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and should discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, including all source code, databases, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, as well as trademarks and logos contained therein, are owned or controlled by SISC COIR and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Content on the Site is provided for your information and commercial inquiry only. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, or distributed for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.

3. Product Quotations & B2B Orders

All product information, technical specifications (EC levels, expansion volumes, moisture levels, dimensions), and quotations generated via the Site are for inquiry purposes:

• Quotations submitted through the Site do not constitute a legally binding sales contract until confirmed via a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) signed by SISC COIR management.
• Natural coir fibre products are subject to natural variation within standard commercial manufacturing tolerances.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and container load capacity estimates are indicative and final pricing may vary based on international freight rates and custom specifications.

4. User Conduct & Form Submissions

When interacting with our inquiry forms or contact tools, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent contact or company information.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts.
• Use automated tools or scrapers to extract data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security and operation of the web application.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SISC COIR, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site or reliance on any content contained herein.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
